Welcome to the 2021 season of EPIC Productions!
This post has details about the season and instructions on final steps for membership.
- Download and fill out the Member Agreement and health info form. Email it to the team manager at rosa.martey@colostate.edu.
- Watch your email for an electronic invoice for the $250 deposit, due January 30th.
- Put Saturday morning rehearsals on your calendar starting February 20th
- Watch your email for an invitation to our team communication platform, Slack.
- Read through the EPIC Productions Handbook for additional important information
Season Info
Program Fees: $191 per month + deposit per skater (total $1,150 + $250 deposit)
Covers all coaching from Feb – Aug, national competition registration, costumes, props, and off-ice fees.
- $250 deposit due January 30th
- 1st monthly payment of $191 due March 1
- Six payments, due the 1st of each month (March – August) – online payment system
Schedule: Weekly rehearsals start Saturday, February 20th
- February 20th – May: weekly rehearsals Saturdays, 3:30 – 4:45 p.m.
- March – May: supplemental mini rehearsals on contract ice, coordinated by your mini coach
- June & July: weekly rehearsals Tues, Wed, Thurs, 7:00 – 8:15 a.m. + one 60-min off-ice, TBD
Fundraising: 2021 goal is $2,000
- Fundraising efforts include use of King Soopers cards, restaurant-sponsored dinners, booths at FCFSC events, and more
- Participating in at least one fundraising activity is required for all skaters
National Competition: 1st week of August (dates TBD), 2021, Fort Collins, CO (at EPIC!)
- EP may also perform at Spring Spectacular
- NOT able to compete at Fort Collins Classic this year
Team Communication
- Look for an invitation in your email to join EPIC Productions on Slack, a chat and project coordination app.
- Download the app onto your phone and/or computer from the app store or slack.com.
