Now that casting call has been held, it’s time to finalize your participation on the 2022 EPIC Productions team!
Monday, January 31st, is the deadline for confirming your participation in EPIC Productions for the 2022 season. Our team financial manager will be emailing an invoice for your season deposit.
Along with this invoice, we ask you to fill out and sign the Skater Agreement, which includes our policies about participation, casting, attendance, and medical forms.
The Member Agreement is due the first day of rehearsals. Please download, fill it out, and turn it in to the Team Manager (place in EPIC rink box) or to a coach by the first day of rehearsals.
The first two rehearsals are off-ice at the Northside Aztlan Center, Eagle Room (112 E Willow St, Fort Collins, CO 80524):
- Saturday, February 19th, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
- Saturday, February 26th, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Weekly on-ice rehearsals begin at EPIC rink Saturday, March 5th, after 12:00 (exact time will be announced asap; check your email).
We will also schedule a parent meeting at the end of February where we can answer any questions you have and coordinate parent and skater committees for costumes, props, logistics, fundraising, etc.
All members are asked to join us for team communication on Slack for the season. See the Communication page for details. You’ll receive an email with instructions, too.
